Lana Del Rey Announces New Album ‘Norman F**king Rockwell’

Well, this is interesting.
The endlessly prolific Lana Del Rey has announced the title of her next album, the follow-up to 2017’s Lust For Life. It is titled Norman F**king Rockwell.
In an interview with Zane Lowe for Beats 1 Radio, Del Rey spoke of why she gave her fifth studio album, out in 2019, such an…interesting title.
“It’s kind of about this guy who is such a genius artist but he thinks he’s the shit and he knows it and he like won’t shut up talking about it,” she said.
This comes after the controversial decision Del Rey made to defend her appearance at Israel’s Meteor Fest, only to double back on it a week later. She also toured Australia for the first time in almost six years in April this year.
