Ocean Alley Take Out Triple J’s Hottest 100 Of 2018

Written by on 27 Ιανουαρίου 2019

Ocean Alley have smashed the triple j‘ Hottest 100 of 2018, coming in at the #1 spot with their funky chill-banger ‘Confidence’.
And not only have they taken out the top honours, the Sydney groove-rockers basically crushed this year’s whole countdown with a whopping four tracks placing all up, with their Like A Version cover of Player’s ‘Baby Come Back’ charting at #16, their original ‘Knees’ at #10 and ‘Happy Sad’ down at #100.
The gold medal in this year’s big list was widely predicted to be a two horse race between ‘Confidence’ and Childish Gambino’s ‘This Is America’, which ended up coming in down at #4.
