Justin Bieber Says He Will Release His New Album Before The End Of The Year

Justin Bieber hasn’t released a full-length album since his wildly successful 2015 effort Purpose. But now the controversial pop star has said that he’ll drop the follow up before 2019 is up, but on one sneaky condition.
Taking to Instagram, Bieber posted an image with text that reads “If this gets 20 million likes Justin Bieber will release an album before Christmas.”
The post at the time of writing has already garnered 5.1 million likes in the space of 8 hours, so 20 million doesn’t seem like a completely unreachable feat.
If it did hit 20 million likes, it would be the most liked IG photo by a celebrity ever. Of course, the infamous World Record Egg still holds the top spot as far as Insta likes go, with 53 million, but Biebs is making a modest effort.
He has still been making music, though, with features on tracks by DJ Khaled, Ed Sheeran and more.
