The day has finally come! Our second Hottest 100 of the year and an even more special one, the Hottest 100 of the Decade.
Yup, we’ve all been through the emotional rollercoaster that is trying to ram 10 years of music into 10 measly votes. But now, the fruits of our labour are about to arrive in the form of a super special 2010s countdown.
They’ve switched up the format of the countdown this year. So, we’re going into the countdown already knowing the Hottest 200 of the Decade. Yesterday triple j revealed that Methyl Ethel’s ‘Ubu’ JUST missed out on the top tier countdown.
As usual, we’ve taken a look at prediction site, Warm Tunas. As it stands Violent Soho are expected to take out that coveted top position with ‘Covered In Chrome’. With Gang of Youths, Arctic Monkeys, RUFUS DU SOL, and Tame Impala currently expected to fill out the top five.
