Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been devastating the Australian (and wider) music industry. We’re seeing frequent cancellations and postponements caused by the outbreak and constantly-changing laws around gatherings.
Bands, artists, venues, and booking agents alike are navigating unprecedented territory. We’ve seen the likes of Coachella and Splendour in the Grass be postponed, while SXSW and Groovin’ the Moo have received the axe for this year.
