After building up a colossal amount of hype following the release of ‘Native Tongue’, Mo’Ju makes her return with the release of new single ‘Put It On Hold’.
Written with A$AP Rocky and FKA twigs collaborator Clams Casino, ‘Put It On Hold’ is easily Mo’Ju’s most accessible song to date – a delicate pop melody fused with strutting guitar lines and Mo’Ju’s rich and soulful voice.

It’s a stunning change of direction, but one that is going to help expose one of the country’s brightest artists to an even bigger audience.
“At the time that I wrote ‘Put It On Hold’ I was going through some heavy mental health stuff, which I guess was part cause and part symptom of some complicated relationship breakdowns,” she said in a press statement.
“I know it probably sounds like a real throwaway line – “Put it on hold, put it on ice till it gets cold” – but I genuinely felt that. I just wanted everything to stop for a minute so I could catch my breath.”
