Watch The Teaser For ‘Death To 2020’, New Episode From Black Mirror Creators

As the year that many have described as “something out of Black Mirror” comes to a close, Charlie Brooker and co have come through.
Charlie Brooker, Black Mirror’s creator, shared a short teaser to Twitter. The video shows text that reads, “The creators of Black Mirror couldn’t make this year up. But they do have something to add.”

It then shows presumably the title, “Death to 2020”, before showing the Netflix logo and “coming soon”.
The news comes after Hugh Grant revealed he has a role in an upcoming Brooker-written mockumentary.
“Charlie Brooker has written a mockumentary about 2020. It’s for Netflix,” he told told New York Magazine.
“I am a historian who’s being interviewed about the year. I’m pretty repellent, actually! And you’ll like my wig.”

It’s not clear whether Death to 2020 will be part of a Black Mirror season or a spin-off episode, and there’s no release date just yet.
