Taylor Swift is having a huge year so far. Between dramatic surprise releases, feuds, film clip controversy and the release of her seventh studio album next month — Taylor Swift has managed to also snap up a role in ‘Cats’.
The official trailer for ‘Cats’ has arrived and it’s a wild ride. Featuring Swift, playing Bombalurina, the film also stars Rebel Wilson, Jennifer Hudson, Judi Dench, Idris Elba, James Corden, and Ian McKellen to name a few. And look, yes, the CGI touch creepy AF.
Swift’s involvement in the new film makes sense given her love for the feline species. She tweeted, “I am a cat now and somehow that was everything”.

Swift has released the first two singles of her upcoming, seventh studio album, Lover: ‘ME!’ and ‘You Need To Calm Down’. The album’s set for release Friday, 23rd August.
